Patients do not need a referral from their medical physician to have prescription orthotics fabricated for their feet. However, we do work closely with physicians, and we will, at the patient’s request, forward an original copy of the 3 page Footmaxx Gait and Pressure Analysis Report. If you have a referral slip from your physician, please bring that at the time of your appointment.
